We are seeking a group of 200 talented, ambitious consultants in select cities and regions across the country to facilitate the Business Olympics competition. As a consultant to these businesses, you can build a unique opportunity for them to survive and thrive as competitors in the Business Olympics.

Participation is limited to 200 high potential and committed consultants who complete an application, training, and are selected to facilitate the Business Olympics in their location. The qualification process has been defined to ensure a good fit of participants in the program.

Our vision is to revitalize and revolutionize business consulting with an innovative approach to building company value. In order to accomplish our vision, we are seeking the help of experienced consultants in 200 markets around the nation. These consultants will have the opportunity to implement, facilitate, and benefit from a local competition in which small and medium sized business leaders compete to improve their company value. We call this the US Business Olympics. We want you to participate!

As a Business Olympics Consultant, you will lead participants in:

• Business Olympics Overview Presentations: Exposes all the qualified organizations and their team members to the team-based approach to adapting and applying greatness throughout each organization. The program fosters a unified management team that understands how to build value effectively. A unique combination of Performance Group workshops, facilitated team reviews, and regular one-on-one coaching sessions translates potential into results for the participating companies.
• Performance Group Meetings: This monthly meeting of participating organizational leaders offers the perfect forum for CEOs, presidents, and owners to voice critical business issues and decisions, explore ideas, discuss issues, and seek the help, support, and wisdom of other business leaders. Each meeting features a combination of outside resources and speakers, case studies from within the group, hot topic roundtables, breakout sessions, and exercises!
• Management Team Meetings: Consultants will provide assistance in helping leaders build a high-performance management team and organization by focusing resources on specific issues that must be addressed to build company value.

Business Olympics Consultants will be trained to implement and guide teams through competitive events using these proven tools developed by CEO Support Systems:
