Introducing Our New Blog: Sharing 20 Years of Business Consulting Knowledge

By Jerry L. Little, CEO of CEO Support Systems

So here we are – taking the plunge into world of blogging and social media.

Why now?  And why should you care?

I have spent the last 20 years as the CEO of CEO Support Systems, a consulting firm that guides CEOs, Presidents and Owners of small and medium-sized business in the Southwest.

It has been my privilege and challenge to work with and coach business leaders from 175 companies and organizations. Prior to this role I ran two of my own successful businesses.

I am a lucky man who has been able to do what I deeply enjoy for my occupation:  I love helping people find ways to grow their company and deal with the often overwhelming challenges of being the one who has to find a way every day. Along the way I have learned just as much as I have taught.

As I approach a new phase of semi-retirement, my company also finds itself in transition; the time is right to share what I have learned and the tools that I have developed.

From this blog you can expect tips and insight for best business practices and critical concepts that I have personally experienced and help implement for other leaders in a variety of industries.

I will also write about topics that can help fortify your leadership and path to success:

-building a structure that will help everyone work better

-knowing the game better than your competitors

-getting good people and holding them accountable to a plan

            -visibility in your leadership

-coaching and rewarding your teams, and much more.

I sincerely hope my knowledge base proves useful to others who are struggling to survive in this economy, struggling to manage growth, or struggling to find a way to spur growth in their business.

So whether you are a business leader, business junkie, or just want to see why some guy in Arizona thinks he has some answers to your leadership questions, please watch this blog and follow @CEOsupport on Twitter.
