Coaching With H.E.A.R.T.™

For businesses ready to bring the power of a balanced, systematic leadership structure to every level in the organization, we offer a comprehensive program for developing internal competencies in the application of the Visible Organization methodology for effective coaching.

Every employee in the organization is considered to be a Player, and spends one hour per month in a one-on-one support session with a designated Advisor. Their Advisors are also employees, and are often, but not always, their supervisors. The support sessions are constructed around the Advisor asking, "How can I help you do your job better," listening/understanding the players' answers in a prescribed, constructive way, and facilitating the players' exploration of solutions. Advisors are trained and educated through our Coaching with H.E.A.R.T.™ training program.

  • Staff: Each individual will meet for a one-hour session each month with their department head to discuss the performance of the last month. Any improvements to the individual's step by step process will be documented in the job fitness binder monthly, by the individual.
  • Department Heads: Each department head will meet for a 3-hour session each quarter with the VP of the Core Function to discuss the improvements made at the staff level and any improvements at the department level - the latter being reflected in the Department Head's job fitness binder. Any improvements to the department's step by step process will be documented and implemented quarterly.
  • Core Function Senior Executives: Each Vice President will meet for a 1-day session every six months with the CEO to discuss the improvements made at the staff and department levels and any improvements at the Core Function level. Any improvements to the Core Function's step by step process will be documented and implemented semi-annually.
  • CEO: The CEO will meet for a 2-day Strategic Planning session each year with all the Vice Presidents and Department Heads to discuss the improvements made at all levels throughout the past year. All processes will be updated yearly with their documented improvements to create a new process for the upcoming year to be improved.
